Build with us

Help local life work better.

Help build a marketplace where people can explain what they need and get help doing it. Nurra is preparing for testing. We’re looking for collaborators in engineering, design, community, and finance.

Find where you can help

Build the tools for a stronger local economy.

People already have skills to offer and needs to meet. Help us connect both sides: make it easier to find work, reach customers, and spend with local people. AI, clear agreements, and a thoughtful payment system each have a part to play.

People we want to meet

Bring depth. Help shape the direction.

These are areas for collaboration. We’ll discuss the role, commitment, and terms directly.

Blockchain & finance

Help design how money moves through local exchanges, from a buyer paying to a seller receiving money they can use. We have not settled on a provider, network, or payment system.

  • Evaluate whether stablecoins add real value compared with existing payment rails.
  • Work through funding, custody, cashing out, fees, refunds, and disputes.
  • Design clear ledger and reconciliation rules, with the right financial and regulatory expertise.

AI & product engineering

Help turn model understanding into dependable product behavior, across conversations, screens, and real actions.

  • Improve context continuity when people correct details or change direction.
  • Make tool use, retries, cancellation, and saved outcomes work together.
  • Evaluate relevance, writing quality, and complete-task latency using realistic flows.

Product design & research

Help make unfamiliar technology feel natural to people with different languages, cultures, and levels of digital confidence.

  • Test offer, negotiation, and scheduling flows with real people.
  • Design clear moments of review, consent, recovery, and completion.
  • Test wording and interactions with people who use different languages, including people trying AI for the first time.

Community & early testing

Help us learn where Nurra is useful first, and where it gets in the way.

  • Bring local knowledge from Muslim and other values-led communities.
  • Help recruit people with real products, skills, and requests to test.
  • Build feedback relationships that continue after a first introduction.

Designing for everyday money

Make it easier to pay—and to get paid.

A useful payment system should make costs clear and help people access what they earn. We want to evaluate stablecoins alongside existing payment options against those everyday needs.

Money in

How does someone fund a purchase, and what does it cost?

During the exchange

Who holds the funds? How do refunds and disputes work?

Money out

How does the seller receive usable money, with clear fees?

We have not chosen a provider, network, or payment system. Stablecoins are a research direction; the everyday benefit still needs to be established.

Show us how you think.

Send a short introduction, an example of your work, and the problem you’d like to help solve. You don’t need a perfect pitch.
