Terms of service
What you agree to when you use Nurra: the free parts, the paid parts, and what happens when money moves. Same plain language as the rest of the product.

Scope
These terms apply to the Nurra website, app, owner portal, marketplace, waitlist, community notes, business profiles, advertising, and protected transactions.
Accounts and public information
Use accurate account and public information, keep access credentials secure, and publish only material you have the right to share. A draft is private. A listing or business profile becomes public only through its publishing or review path.
Business plans
Founding-launch business listings are free. There is no recurring listing charge. If Nurra later introduces optional paid business tools, their price and terms will be shown before you choose them.
Transaction fees
A completed product order carries one 4% seller fee with a $0.99 minimum. A completed service job carries one 6% provider fee with a $0.99 minimum. Payment processing is included. Nothing is added later, and buyers pay no Nurra transaction fee. Tips pass through in full. A full refund returns Nurra's transaction fee.
Protected handoffs
The app shows the agreement and required confirmations for a protected transaction. Do not mark a handoff or receipt complete unless it is true. Nurra may pause, review, refund, or restrict a transaction when fraud, misuse, or a material dispute is reported.
Advertising
Campaigns are reviewed, labeled as sponsored, and charged by the selected package. A viewable impression requires at least half of the ad to remain on screen for one continuous second. Invalid and rapid repeat traffic is excluded. If a package underdelivers, Nurra credits the unused portion. Advertising does not change organic rank.
Taxes and exact totals
Applicable taxes may be added. The exact total, platform fee, expected payout, package, and renewal period are shown before a person confirms a charge or paid commitment.
Safety and misuse
Fraud, harassment, prohibited goods, abuse, illegal activity, manipulated ad traffic, and attempts to evade required marketplace protections are not allowed. Nurra may remove content, limit access, or take action to protect people and the service.
Availability and changes
Access opens area by area. Nurra may change features or prices as the service grows. A price change applies going forward and is shown before a new purchase, renewal, or commitment.
