Overview
Nurra collects the information needed to run the website, app, owner portal, marketplace, waitlist, community notes, and trust and safety work. Nurra does not sell personal information.
Information you provide
This can include account and contact details, profile information, listings, business records, approved media, messages, transaction details, campaign material, and anything you choose to send through the waitlist or the private community form.
Public and private information
A listing or business profile becomes public only through its publishing or review path. Waitlist signups, account details, payment details, and private community notes are not public posts. Nurra does not treat a private submission as permission to publish it.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, review public material, process protected transactions, measure reviewed campaigns, respond to messages, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and send updates a person requested.
Service providers and legal requests
Nurra may share information with service providers that help operate the service or when disclosure is required by law. Providers receive only what they need for their work and are expected to protect it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from launch updates and contact Nurra about access, correction, deletion, privacy, or communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, legal duties, or completed transactions.
